Yeepeey provides easy access to wide range of products from the supermarket delivered to you at your doorstep which include, fruits and vegetables, dairy and eggs, bakery, soft drinks and juices, candies and chips, beauty and hygiene products, meat and fish, baby care products, pasta and rice, coffee and tea, pet care and house hold products, cakes & confectionery.
You can choose to make the following modes of payment: A. Online through the app or website. We accept payment through debit/credit card. B. Cash on delivery (the money to be handed over to the delivery man himself) C. Card reader provided by the supermarket while depending on the location of delivery.
In the unlikely event of a particular product being out of stock in the supermarket, we have an option of substitute products where there would be a list of products for you to choose to replace the intended product. By this feature we make sure the customers have a pleasant experience shopping online.
The estimated time of arrival for the delivery would be 45 to 60 minutes based on the location of delivery and the supermarket’s location. You will see the confirmation time of delivery once you place the order on the application. The delivery should be done in the said time provided the weather and traffic conditions are favorable.
Yes, you would be getting notifications once you place your order till the time of delivery.
No, you cannot change the delivery address after the order is out for delivery.
You can cancel the order before it is out for delivery. An added feature is that the customer has the freedom to check all the items ordered are delivered and feel free to reach out through the app if any item(s) are missing.
