Yeepeey is an online application that deals in grocery, cakes & confectionery shopping through its mobile app and website. Yeepeey provides convenience at your doorstep as it allows you to order online. Hence eliminating the inevitable burden of heading and purchasing from the supermarket. 2. How to place an order on yeepeey?

Yeepeey ensures complete customer satisfaction being it application diligence to deliver the order at your doorstep. When you log in to theyeepeey application, it detects your current location and shows the available stores within your area to place the order. You can register in the app by entering your mobile number and your address details after which you can place the order (don’t worry; your information is secure with us, please check our privacy policy for more details). There are wide range of products in the stores near you to choose from after which you can go ahead with order reviewing and the mode of payment you prefer. Voila you have successfully placed an order on yeepeey!

3. What kind of products are there on yeepeey?

Yeepeey provides easy access to wide range of products from the supermarket delivered to you at your doorstep which include, fruits and vegetables, dairy and eggs, bakery, soft drinks and juices, candies and chips, beauty and hygiene products, meat and fish, baby care products, pasta and rice, coffee and tea, pet care and house hold products, cakes & confectionery.

4. What mode of payment can I use for my order?

You can choose to make the following modes of payment: A. Online through the app or website. We accept payment through debit/credit card. B. Cash on delivery (the money to be handed over to the delivery man himself) C. Card reader provided by the supermarket while depending on the location of delivery.

5. What if my product is out of stock in the supermarket at a particular time?

In the unlikely event of a particular product being out of stock in the supermarket, we have an option of substitute products where there would be a list of products for you to choose to replace the intended product. By this feature we make sure the customers have a pleasant experience shopping online.

6. What is the estimated time of arrival for delivery?

The estimated time of arrival for the delivery would be 45 to 60 minutes based on the location of delivery and the supermarket’s location. You will see the confirmation time of delivery once you place the order on the application. The delivery should be done in the said time provided the weather and traffic conditions are favorable.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, you would be getting notifications once you place your order till the time of delivery.

8. Can I change the delivery address once the order is out for delivery?

No, you cannot change the delivery address after the order is out for delivery.

9. When can I cancel the order?

You can cancel the order before it is out for delivery. An added feature is that the customer has the freedom to check all the items ordered are delivered and feel free to reach out through the app if any item(s) are missing.

10. What if the delivered product is damaged?

If by any chance the delivered products are damaged it would be taken back by the delivery boy to the respective stores and the refund would be initiated to the customer within 2 to 5 working days. For further queries please see our terms & conditions.

11.My order has not reached yet, what should I do?

If the order has not reached within the estimated time then you can reach out to us on this number (no.) and we will inform youthe current status of your order.

12. How do I edit my order after placing it?

Please call us on (no.) or write an email to us stating the required changes at (mail id) and we will ensure the changes are made according to your preference.

11.Will I get an invoice?

Yes you will be receiving an invoice from the respective supermarkets at the time of delivery.
